I bought it from the store when we brought it home I opened the drawer of the sidekick washer and noticed door hinge broken and a chip on the side. However LG would not cover physical damage. If its a day old since I got it and doesnt cover what does it cover???

Installation missing parts hard to resolve

A total of 40 screws and parts missing. Called LG customer service and I was sent parts not relevant. The delivery company told me LG installation instructions misleading and they did not provide parts listed in their instructions. 10 days have passed. I am crying for the trust I had with LG and Costco.
